The congress fee for participants and students includes the scientific program, the book of abstracts, all receptions, the congress dinner, coffee breaks and the concert. (Students have to show a valid student's identity card at the registration desk.) Papers passing the ICU peer review process will be published in the web based free access ICUltrasonics proceedings. The fee for accompanying persons includes all receptions, the congress dinner and the concert.

Before paying the congress fee, please register on-line to obtain your registration number, which has to be indicated together with your name for all form of payments.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations received in writing before March 10th, 2007 will be subject to an administrative charge of EURO 100. After this date, no refunds can be given. However, substitutions will be accepted anytime up to the congress date. Refunds will be issued after the congress.

If for any reason beyond our control we are forced to cancel the congress, the congress fee already paid will be reimbursed as soon as possible after deduction of an overhead not exceeding 10%. Cancellation of reservation for travel, accomodation and the like will be the sole responsibility of the participant. We will be unable to reimburse any losses and cancellation fees.
