AUSTROPA INTERCONVENTION maintains a very close relationship to hotels in Vienna and has pre-booked rooms at best possible rates in selected hotels of different categories. These rooms will be allocated to participants free of any handling fee.

Booking information

Time around Easter is tourist season in Vienna, hotel availability is restricted. Therefore it is highly recommended to make your reservation at your earliest convenience.

Rooms will be allocated on a first come first serve basis according to availability.
To secure your reservation a 1 night hotel deposit per booked room is required.
Once deposit payment has been received a confirmation will be sent.
Final hotel expenses (minus pre-paid deposit) have to be paid directly at the hotel upon check out.
